"It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, expertise, state of the art equipment, and the capability to react instantly to the customer's needs.

They've been there for us when we needed them, and we thank them for a job well done and for just being down home nice folks to work with. Who would have ever thought that you would find such a modern state of the art and fantastic printing company in the middle of Ohio cornfields!"

Over time, professional printers have found that there are two recurring issues that can cause delays in print projects. Typically, these come from those new to dealing with print/design.

With the advent of desktop publishing programs, many small businesses and professionals believe they can save money by designing their printed pieces themselves.  In reality, many files from clients require a great deal of work to create anything close to what that client envisioned.  One of the biggest issues has to do with fonts.  When font files aren't compatible, letters and entire words can disappear.  Punctuation marks may take a different form.

The easiest way to eliminate this issue?  Send your file as a PDF - simple as that!

If in doubt, talk with our design experts.  They're always happy to share their knowledge!
